Resolution No. (20) for the year 1991

Regarding the licensing of the registration of the Bahrain National Hereditary Anemia Society, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs ; after persual of Decree-Law No.(21) of 1989; to issue the Law on Associations and Social Cultural Clubs, private bodies working in the field of youth,sports, and private institutions. Decision by the Minsterial No.(1) for the year 1990 related to the matter of the model list of the statute of associations and social clubs. The culture to be supervised by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. According to Ministerial Resolution No. (2) for the year none (0), in regards to registering the associations and clubs under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. As per Ministerial Resolution No.(3) for the year 1990, licensing system for associations and social clubs under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to collect money and statute of the association eligibility for hereditary blood diseases have decided the following : Article (1)
The Bahrain National Hereditary Anemia Society is registered in the Register of Associations and Clubs under registration number 30 / g / s p
Article (2)
The decision and a summary of the accompanying articles of association shall be published in the Official Gazette and will be in effect from the date of its publication.

The statute of the Bahrain National Hereditary Anemia Society in Bahrain
Article 1 of the Basic Law states that it was established in the State of Bahrain under the Associations Law, Social and cultural clubs and private bodies working in the field of youth, sports, and institutions. Special Decree promulgated by Law No. (21) of 1989 dated 6/1/1991 under registration number 30 / c / WS Association (Basem) (Bahrain National Hereditary Anemia Society) –
The association acquires its legal personality by completing the procedures related to its registration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs; under the provision of Ministerial Resolution No. (2) of 1990, in the matter of organising a registration record of associations and clubs under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Its registration was published in an Official Newspaper . The headquarters and management center of the association is located in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. The association does not engage in politics or in financial speculations, nor affiliated with or participate or join in an association, body, club, or union; based outside Bahrain without prior permission from the Ministry of Works and Social Affairs.
